Caliber Collision Centers is seeking a skilled Collision General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service center. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, while also driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to drive business success
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify opportunities and trends
  • Ensure center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and industry guidelines
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of collision management experience
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance
  • Advanced understanding of collision estimatics and prior experience with CCC1
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead a high-performing team
