Roving Community Manager

Guardian Management is seeking a Roving Community Manager to join our team in the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA areas. This role will be responsible for managing multiple properties, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and providing excellent customer service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage property operations, including budgeting, financial analysis, and lease administration.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, including responding to concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- At least one year of experience in property management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
