Key Responsibilities
- Ensure center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards.
- Monitor and improve production, client metrics, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates.
- 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy.
