Job Summary

This role involves risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The ideal candidate will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous month's financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards.
  • Monitor and improve production, client metrics, and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy.
