As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greets all visitors and provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Answers and directs phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintains the front office area in a neat and organized manner, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all.
Provides administrative support to all departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Two years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred.
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.
Prior multi-line phone experience a plus.
