Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team at Miracle-Ear in Glen Mills, MD. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any concerns or questions
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, as well as communicate relevant customer information to our Hearing Care Professionals
  • Collect and record customer payments, and maintain accurate records
  • Inform customers about hearing care accessory options and provide support with after-care
  • Participate in marketing and social media initiatives to promote our services
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a front desk administrative role in a medical office or similar setting
  • Administrative background, with strong computer skills and experience with scheduling software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
