Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Residence Inn Philadelphia Glen Mills/Concordville. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and register guests, manage their account information, and provide keys and room numbers
  • Bookkeeping: maintain accurate records of all hotel guest account information
  • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
  • Field customer complaints when necessary
  • Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
Requirements:
  • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred
  • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
  • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
