Job Summary

This role is responsible for resolving complex problems and tickets in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge base across functional areas and in-depth expertise in multiple apps and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve complex system problems using available technology, including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.
  • Review various reports to identify and correct system issues proactively.
  • Research and analyze system needs, development, process analysis, design, and re-engineering.
  • Act as a key contact with external vendors to resolve issues as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional process improvement efforts to address trends in ticket resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IS/IT.
  • Preferred: 1-3 years in the Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry.
