Job Title: Learning Specialist I

Bank OZK is seeking a highly skilled Learning Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing training programs for employees at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement interactive workshops and training programs using various delivery methods, including face-to-face and online platforms.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and teaching-and-learning experiences that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective in meeting business objectives.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an educational field, such as adult education or curriculum and design, or a banking-related field, such as business or sales.
  • 1+ year experience using virtual software such as GoToMeeting, WebEx, Zoom, Google Classroom, or other related tools.
  • 1+ year experience in retail banking and/or financial services.
