As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, managing calendars, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for senior managers
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other materials
  • Manage calendars, contact lists, and email accounts
  • Perform data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses, and invoices
  • Assist with special projects and events
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university or community college
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
