Executive Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at The Hawk Group. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will provide administrative support to senior managers and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the Role:
This position requires a professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, who can multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality. As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, managing calendars, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for senior managers
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other materials
- Manage calendars, contact lists, and email accounts
- Perform data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses, and invoices
- Assist with special projects and events
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Associate's degree from an accredited university or community college
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
