About the Role:
Holland America/Princess Alaska-Yukon Land Operations is seeking a professional to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including department administration, employment documentation, and guest services coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the department team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate guest services, including scheduling, communication, and follow-up.
- Assist with employment documentation, including onboarding, training, and benefits administration.
- Support the department in achieving its objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
