About the Role:

Holland America/Princess Alaska-Yukon Land Operations is seeking a professional to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including department administration, employment documentation, and guest services coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the department team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate guest services, including scheduling, communication, and follow-up.
  • Assist with employment documentation, including onboarding, training, and benefits administration.
  • Support the department in achieving its objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
