As an HR Administrator at Aston Carter, you will be responsible for completing administrative tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and managing the company gear store. You will also be responsible for managing the package and mail room, uploading records into ADP, and managing meeting notes.
Additional Responsibilities:
You will also be responsible for managing PPW vendor visits, including shoes and glasses, as well as managing FR changes. Additionally, you will be responsible for skills such as onboarding, administrative support, HR administration, Microsoft Office, HR support, ADP HR/profile, new hire paperwork, HR systems, administration, Outlook, invoicing, purchase order, data entry, clerical, filing, and Microsoft Excel.
