Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and source applicants through online channels and professional networks.
  • Employee Engagement: Create an organizational culture that sets clear expectations, provides appropriate support, and engenders respect and dignity at all levels of the organization. Assist with employee affirmative action and other equal employment opportunity programs and initiatives.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of benefits, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and deliver training opportunities for staff and faculty, including required training, enrichment opportunities, and individualized training as needed.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, and one to three years of related work experience, or an associate degree or industry-related certification and three to four years of related work experience.
  • One year of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
