Job Summary

The Department of Forestry & Fire Protection is seeking a highly skilled Personnel Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to personnel management, including recruitment, selection, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and select candidates for various positions within the department
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on personnel-related matters
  • Assist with the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources or business administration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and may involve working in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be required to work in a office setting and may be required to travel to other locations as needed.
