Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Londen Insurance Group. As a key member of our Spanish Department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders and agents, primarily in Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Provide policyholder support and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist agents with policy-related questions and concerns
- Verify policy information and complete telephone applications
- Process service requests and assemble policy documents
- Translate and communicate with Spanish-speaking clients
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
