Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Biltmore ENT, Facial Plastics and Allergy. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and provide a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Manage large volumes of calls, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree and/or certificate program preferred.
  • Two years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English and/or Spanish.
Work Environment:

The primary work location is in a general office environment, with a moderate noise level. You will be required to sit for extended periods, use a computer, and communicate with customers via phone and email.
