  • Submitting requests for payment arrangements
  • Participating in team engagement activities and meeting performance expectations

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Basic math skills and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to retain knowledge easily
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment, preferably in finance, banking, insurance, or telecommunications
