Sales Administration Manager

Sigvaris Group USA is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administration Manager to join our team. As a leading compression solution provider, we are committed to helping people feel their best. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating sales processes for Traditional Business, National Accounts, and Flat Knit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track performance on customer sales agreements to determine if rebate thresholds have been met.
  • Work closely with the Data Analytics Team to prepare custom reporting at the direction of Leadership in PowerBI.
  • Manage implementation of MCE and MCS price increases in our ERP.
  • Work closely with National Account Managers to complete required proposals and documentation.
  • Assist with regulatory requirements or MCE products.
  • Provide support to the clinical team with D365 order entry, order uploads, special pricing, agreements, and Lead Management.
  • Maintain Flat Knit order entry software with account setup and catalog management.
  • Recommend and implement upgrades to the Flat Knit order entry software to meet market needs.
  • Provide Sales training for Flat Knit order entry application.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement and work closely with sales management to prioritize and implement selected opportunities.
  • Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies with recommendations and assistance in implementation.
  • Work with Customer Care/Warehouse and IT to implement special projects.
  • Participate in Sales meetings, as requested.
  • Foster positive morale among staff by promoting open communication with all departments to create and maintain an innovative and cooperative staff relationship and environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and work experience.
  • More than three years of sales support or operations experience.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, along with the capability to present data and results in a concise manner.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive, effective relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to find effective solutions that do not follow a conventional defined path.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Working knowledge and advanced proficiency of Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and pay strict attention to detail.
