Technical Support Specialist

At BankOnIT, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software, hardware, and network systems
- Assist customers with technical problems and provide step-by-step solutions
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions
- Intermediate understanding of desktop operating systems, software applications, and PC/Server/Network hardware
- Intermediate understanding of principles and theories of network systems and management
- Intermediate understanding of Internet technologies and products
- At least two years of technical work experience or equivalent education
- Associates (or higher) degree in computer science-related field
- Two or more years of technical work experience
- Two or more relevant technical certifications (e.g., A+, Network+, and Security+)
This is a full-time position with a typical Monday through Friday schedule. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. No travel is expected for this position.
