Your Responsibilities:

  • In this customer-centric role, you will represent a prominent Fortune 500 brand in a retail environment, enhancing brand visibility and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Contribute significantly to one of our major sales initiatives in the U.S., creating new business prospects and acquiring credit card clients at a leading retail chain.
  • Engage with customers, providing top-notch service while nurturing brand loyalty and establishing a solid customer experience as a brand ambassador.
  • Operate independently at various retail locations, optimizing sales and enriching the in-store experience for customers.
  • Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding sales, operations, security, health, and safety.
  • Collaborate closely with field leadership and team members to boost sales and enhance customer service.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of $20.00 per hour with unlimited bonus potential, allowing for annual earnings exceeding $100,000.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A self-motivated individual with a personable demeanor, capable of establishing strong connections with new acquaintances.
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service, particularly in a retail context.
  • The ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit focused on sales and customer service.
  • A desire to maximize income in an environment with uncapped commission potential.

Additional Information:

  • Willingness to travel between multiple stores within your region, with reliable transportation required.
  • Preferred availability on weekends to enhance customer engagement and contribute to sales goals.
  • Travel opportunities available for high achievers.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to navigate a retail environment for extended periods.
  • Referral bonuses of up to $800 are available.
