Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing sales transactions using cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

- Take proactive steps to support store operations, including using equipment and cash registers while maintaining service speed and transaction accuracy.

- Keep the store organized and appealing by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or areas within the store.
- Seasonal roles may require work during busy periods (e.g., start and end of semesters), occasional weekends, and flexible scheduling throughout the academic year.

Physical Requirements:
- Frequent movement throughout the store to access various departments and products.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended durations.
- Frequent lifting and occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
Covid-19 Considerations
Our stores adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local guidelines regarding social distancing and sanitization. Depending on campus requirements, positions may necessitate vaccination confirmation. The use of face masks may also be required during shifts.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
  • Comfortable and confident in engaging with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic skills in math, keyboarding, and data entry.
  • Flexible availability throughout the academic year, especially during peak times.
