Job Overview

Atlantic Emergency Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our service center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough identification and research of requested components using various resources.
  • Generate and manage purchase orders efficiently.
  • Receive and organize stock items accurately.
  • Handle the picking, shipping, and returning of inventory items.
  • Oversee and maintain the overall inventory of the Service Center.
  • Process all invoices and credits from vendors in a timely manner.
  • Assist in payroll processing by managing technician timecards effectively.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience and be capable of lifting up to 30lbs independently. Proficiency in basic computer applications is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and familiarity with billing practices are essential. Experience in the fire and emergency services sector, as well as knowledge of CDK (formerly ADP), will be considered advantageous.
