$22.00 / hour

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS AN OFFICE COORDINATOR
Providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries via phone and email.

Welcoming tenants and prospective applicants, guiding them through the application process.

Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and performing background and credit assessments.

Managing leasing responsibilities, including lease signings, preparing financial reports and invoices, and executing other administrative tasks.

Building partnerships with local organizations to provide residents with resources that enhance health and independence.

Educating residents and staff about community resources, such as case management, meal delivery, transportation, etc.

Overseeing the delivery of resident services to ensure quality and timeliness.

Collaborating with service providers and coordinating necessary reporting.

Assisting residents in developing supportive networks with family and friends.

Organizing educational and volunteer opportunities for resident engagement and development.

Qualifications:

WHO WE SEEK
You are available to work 30 hours (full-time) per week, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours. Flexibility in scheduling is possible but must not exceed 30 hours per week.

You possess at least one year of experience in residential property management, with knowledge of HUD Section 8, LIHTC, and/or other affordable housing programs being highly preferred.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

A proven ability to manage complex operational tasks effectively.
