Company Overview

As a key member of our sales team, the Sales Account Executive (SAE) will report directly to the District Sales Manager. This role focuses on external sales of our product range while managing a designated route of client accounts. Your mission will be to enhance product sales and optimize the placement of product displays across various retail formats. You will also be responsible for upselling inventory, cooler space, and display setups. The SAE's primary objective is to serve all clients efficiently and safely, adhering to our high execution standards.

Role Responsibilities

SALES MANAGEMENT

Oversee product offerings and cultivate relationships with customer contacts at assigned accounts.

Assess current and future product requirements at accounts and identify opportunities for sales growth.

Ensure all equipment is maintained in a clean and functional state.

Conduct outside sales activities.

Perform additional tasks as required.

EXECUTION STRATEGY

Analyze competitor activities, including new product launches and pricing strategies.

Achieve monthly objectives in key areas such as sales volume, distribution, pricing, merchandising, and new account establishment.

Safeguard the brand image by ensuring proper product rotation and adherence to brand flow standards.

Enhance product variety and inventory levels at each assigned account while improving in-store branding.

COLLABORATIVE SUCCESS

Work in partnership with colleagues across the organization to share effective practices.

Be a significant contributor and leader within your peer group.

Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts at each assigned account.

Candidate Qualifications

Possession of a valid US Driver's License and a DOT Medical card.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Experience in sales, account management, and direct store delivery is advantageous.

Capability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and promotional displays.

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
