We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the ID, MT, OR, and WA regions and drive business growth through strategic planning, account management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams;
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives that drive business results;
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies;
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their performance and skills.
Annual Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
This role offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive compensation package.
