About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Leadership Professional to lead our spine product line and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the product portfolio, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Providing coaching and training to sales representatives and associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and driving business expansion.

  • Competitive salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
