Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Vancouver, WA / Portland, OR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our referral base through strategic marketing campaigns and building lasting relationships with key referral sources.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and market to new referral sources
- Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources to acquire new business
- Attend industry events and association meetings to cultivate new referral sources
- Manage marketing materials and reorder materials as needed
- Manage swag and leave-behind gifts/food for referral sources within budget
- Operate email campaigns for event cultivation and brand awareness
- Work with internal staff to stay informed on referral source jobs
- Post on social media platforms
- Coordinate community service opportunities
- Plan company events
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with a proven track record of sales performance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to communicate effectively with referral sources
- Positive attitude
- Valid driver's license
