About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Tradesmen International, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong business relationships with our clients, delivering a consultative, needs-based selling approach, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and maintain open communication.
  • Conduct safety walkouts with field employees and review safety checklists to ensure safety protocols are being upheld.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by conducting routine check-ins and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and take accountability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and foster strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to win.
