Key Responsibilities
  • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure customer acquisition goals are met
  • Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients, ensuring their needs are met
  • Encourage potential clients to purchase premium products and close the best possible deal
  • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and customer service skills
  • High school diploma or GED required, college experience highly valued
  • At least one year of experience as a sales representative
  • Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process
