Job Summary

As a Sales Development Representative at CrossCountry Mortgage, you will be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and ensuring their needs are met. This role requires excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a sales representative and experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure customer acquisition goals are met.
  • Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients.
  • Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal.
  • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again.
  • Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued.
  • At least one year of experience as a sales representative.
  • Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process.
