Dentsply Sirona is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our North America Commercial HR team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

This position requires a well-rounded individual with experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of position management and create all requisitions for job postings with NA Commercial
  • Partner with Hiring managers and internal HR centers of excellence to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Address and resolve non-exempt employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner with the management team
  • Support managers in identifying performance gaps and partnering with them to manage performance through coaching discussions or performance plans
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed
  • Own data entry for Commercial HR team including employee data changes including promotions, terminations, position changes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
