Job Title: HR Generalist

QuintEvents is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to support our team by running the daily functions of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration: Enroll new hires, process terminations, annual enrollment, monthly invoicing, FMLA/parental leave, health savings & retirement savings plans.
  • Payroll & Compensation: Process payroll (reg, bonuses, commission, biweekly & monthly) and annual market research for salary recommendations and salary range structure.
  • Reporting: Government required reports & accounting requests.
  • Compliance: Ensure all contracts, posters, policies, and procedures are compliant.
  • Employee Engagement Analysis: Quarterly pulse surveys - analyze results and draft quarterly summary for executive leadership team.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain and update all employee records and profiles (US Full-Time employees only).
  • Predictive Index: Build out platform based on position and department, send assessment to candidates and new hires.
  • Onboarding: Paperwork, Seating & Equipment, Orientation/Training, Check-Ins, Enable System Access.
  • HR Inquires (inbox/tickets): Monitor tickets/inbox, respond and follow up.
  • Policy Management: Support HRM with promoting and implementing policies. Document and communicate to employees.
  • Recruitment Support: Screen & interview, job descriptions, scheduling interviews, job postings, offer letters/contracts.
  • Contractor & Temporary Employee Management: Manage full cycle, including temp to permanent transitions and annual contract renewal, work with AP to ensure payments are made as appropriate.
  • Enrichment Programs: Manage enrichment programs on a global scale (Be Well, Quint Life, Champion Award).
  • Training & Development: Lunch & Learns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least three years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems (BambooHR, NetBenefits, and Paylocity is a plus).
