Bilingual Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Administration Assistant to join our team at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited. As a key member of our Administration Department, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with various Accounts Payable tasks, including daily bank account reconciliation, data entry, and payment preparation.
- Provide administrative support for the Accounts Receivable function, including data entry and report creation.
- Manage document storage and assist with the yearly review and destruction process.
- Translate various documents and announcements from English to Japanese.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good understanding of information security and math ability.
