Epic Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual patient administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our guests, patients, and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, patients, and clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the intake and discharge processes, ensuring seamless transitions for our guests.
  • Scan QR codes and maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.
  • Direct guests, patients, and clients to the correct resources and provide escort services as needed.
  • Distribute meals, personal hygiene items, and other essential supplies.
  • Clean up after meal distribution and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Organize and store mail for guests, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assist with scheduling travel and relocation arrangements for guests, patients, and clients.
  • Utilize supplies efficiently and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Must be bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English).
  • Must be Covid vaccinated.
  • Must have weekend availability.
