About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Administration Assistant to join our team at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited. As a key member of our Administration Department, you will provide administrative support to our Global Banking Unit and ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with various Accounts Payable tasks, including daily bank account reconciliation, data entry, and payment preparation.
  2. Provide administrative support for the Accounts Receivable function, including data entry and report creation.
  3. Manage document storage and assist with the yearly review and destruction process.
  4. Translate various documents and announcements from English to Japanese.
  5. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience.
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  4. Good understanding of information security and math ability.
