Business Development Executive

Medi Home Health & Hospice, a division of Medical Services of America Inc., is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, VA.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting market analysis and developing business development plans.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources.
- Collaborating with the clinical team to identify market strategies.
- Maintaining knowledge of Medicare and State specific home health care and hospice regulations.
- Participating in the referral process and promoting MSA's services.
Requirements:
- Three to five years sales experience or relevant experience in healthcare.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of physician, hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living, and discharge planning needs.
- Ability to meet deadlines and consistently meet established quotas.
