About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers and provide a positive, engaging experience with your personality, professionalism, and performance.
    • Take customer orders (in-person or over the phone) working with our technology and Point of Sales System.
    • Create a great in-store customer experience by cleaning, preparing, and maintaining the front of the store.
    • Ensure orders are organized and accurate.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
  • Store Operations
    • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
    • Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Personal Development
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
    • Seek feedback and coaching from management to improve your performance.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older to be considered.
