Position Overview:

The Moses Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative for our Business Development Center. In this position, you will serve as the vital connection between potential buyers and their future vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective customers interested in our vehicle offerings.
  • Facilitate appointments and promote our services through various communication channels including phone, text, and email.
  • Connect new clients with the appropriate sales team members to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Interact with customers in a professional and articulate manner.
  • Document all interactions and activities in our database.
  • Achieve and surpass established performance targets.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly pay; current representatives earn between $15-$30/hour.
  • Flexible work schedule (40 hours per week, 5-day work week with some required shifts).
