Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Consultant to enhance our team.

*This position includes a 90-day training wage prior to the commencement of standard compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcoming clients as they arrive in the service area.
  • Conducting a thorough vehicle inspection, collecting customer details, and identifying primary issues. Accurately relay all vehicle concerns as described by the client.
  • Reviewing vehicle maintenance records and confirming the necessity for service or manufacturer recalls.
  • Encouraging the sale of services, parts, and accessories: Prepare a detailed and precise estimate for parts and labor.
  • Setting and communicating a reliable completion timeline.
  • Tracking the status of each vehicle throughout the day and providing updates to clients as necessary.
  • Ensuring the final invoice aligns with the services rendered on the repair order. Contacting clients to inform them of completion.
  • Clarifying all completed work and associated charges to the customer.
  • Processing customer payments via cash, check, or credit card.
  • Conducting active vehicle delivery, escorting clients to their completed vehicle and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.
