Position Overview

The Moses Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative for our Business Development Center.

In this position, you will serve as the essential link between customers and their future vehicles. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries online and via phone regarding vehicle options and purchasing processes. You will gain knowledge about the latest vehicles and technologies available in the market. Our in-house training team is committed to your success, providing both online and in-person training programs.

With over 75 years of service in West Virginia, the Moses Auto Group is a third-generation, family-owned business. Our mission is to treat both employees and customers as family members, fostering a welcoming environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Pay; current representatives earn between $15-$30/hour
  • Flexible Working Hours (40 hours per week, 5-day work week, with some shifts from 11am-7pm and occasional Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers interested in our vehicles

  • Achieve and surpass set goals

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
