Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
- Loss Prevention: Identify and prevent losses, ensuring that our store is secure and that our assets are protected.
- Compliance: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, including those related to customer service, inventory management, and loss prevention.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Leadership Experience: 1+ year of experience in a leadership role
- Inventory Management Experience: 1+ year of experience in inventory management
- Loss Prevention Experience: 1+ year of experience in loss prevention
- Compliance Experience: 1+ year of experience in compliance
Working Conditions:
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Environmental Conditions: Must be able to work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings
