Bilingual HR Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual HR Specialist to contribute to our esteemed organization in the manufacturing sector. This role is pivotal in overseeing the complete recruitment process for various roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes job postings, resume evaluations, interviews, and offer discussions.
2. Build and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through diverse sourcing strategies, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
3. Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp job requirements and formulate comprehensive job descriptions.
5. Organize and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely feedback is provided to candidates and hiring teams.
6. Enhance the candidate experience to foster a positive perception of the organization throughout the recruitment journey.
7. Maintain accurate and organized records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
8. Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress to HR and departmental leaders.
9. Engage in employer branding initiatives to position Spherion as a preferred employer.
10. Assist with onboarding processes to facilitate a seamless transition for new employees.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, ideally in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in ATS software and other HR-related tools.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with excellent organizational skills.
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
