Job Duration: 3 months 
Work shift (days/times): Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Location: Spencer, WI, 54479 (on-site)
Pay Rate: Competitive Pay as per skills & experience

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and deliver on recruiting plan.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Address employee concerns and conduct investigations when necessary.
  • Own and manage local HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Partner with leadership, HR, and Labor to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreement.

Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 1 years of experience in HR generalist role is preferred. Candidates with an Associate’s degree in a related field and 3 years of experience may be considered.
  • Experience working in a union environment preferred.

  • Ability to thrive and demonstrate agility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Note: This is a three-shift manufacturing plant (5 days per week). The HR Specialist must be flexible to work varying hours from time to time to support the needs of the operation.
