Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Human Resources Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts within the manufacturing sector. This role is essential for managing the complete recruitment process for various roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes job postings, resume evaluations, interviews, and salary negotiations.
- Build and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using diverse sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and compatibility.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp job specifications and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Organize and schedule interviews, ensuring timely feedback is provided to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Enhance the candidate experience to foster a positive perception of the organization throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain precise and orderly records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and status to HR and departmental leaders.
- Engage in employer branding initiatives to position Spherion as a preferred employer.
- Assist with onboarding processes to facilitate a seamless transition for new employees.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, ideally in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with ATS software and other HR-related tools.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with exceptional organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
