Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual HR Specialist to support our recruitment efforts in the manufacturing sector. This role is essential for managing the complete recruitment process for various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes job postings, resume evaluations, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using diverse sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp job requirements and formulate comprehensive job descriptions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely feedback is provided to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a positive perception of the organization throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain organized and accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress to HR and departmental leaders.
- Engage in employer branding initiatives to position Spherion as an employer of choice.
- Assist with onboarding processes to facilitate a seamless transition for new employees.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, ideally in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in ATS software and other HR-related tools.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with exceptional organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
