Job Overview:

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, embodying the welcoming spirit of the Stanford Hotel Group. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet all guests approaching the Front Desk, adhering to the high standards of service.
  2. Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, services, and operational hours.
  3. Maintain compliance with cash handling and credit policies to ensure financial integrity.
  4. Facilitate check-ins and checkouts with a focus on friendliness and efficiency.
  5. Utilize proper communication protocols when interacting with team members via two-way radio.
  6. Master all relevant functionalities of the Front Desk computer system to assist guests effectively.
  7. Complete all tasks outlined in the shift checklist in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Conduct bucket checks, room rate verifications, and housekeeping reports as required.
  9. Prepare and balance individual paperwork for shift closure in accordance with hotel standards.
  10. Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and provide assistance as necessary.
