Overview:

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, embodying the hospitality standards of Stanford Hotel Group. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet all guests approaching the Front Desk, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
  2. Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and operational hours.
  3. Adhere to all cash handling and credit policies to maintain financial integrity.
  4. Facilitate check-ins and checkouts efficiently and courteously, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  5. Utilize proper radio communication etiquette when coordinating with team members.
  6. Master the Front Desk computer system to manage guest information and reservations effectively.
  7. Complete all tasks on the shift checklist in a timely and organized manner.
  8. Conduct bucket checks, room rate verifications, and housekeeping reports as necessary.
  9. Prepare and balance closing paperwork for your shift in accordance with hotel protocols.
  10. Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and assist as required.
