As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, embodying the hospitality standards of Stanford Hotel Group. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all guests approaching the Front Desk, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and operational hours.
- Adhere to all cash handling and credit policies to maintain financial integrity.
- Facilitate check-ins and checkouts efficiently and courteously, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
- Utilize proper radio communication etiquette when coordinating with team members.
- Master the Front Desk computer system to manage guest information and reservations effectively.
- Complete all tasks on the shift checklist in a timely and organized manner.
- Conduct bucket checks, room rate verifications, and housekeeping reports as necessary.
- Prepare and balance closing paperwork for your shift in accordance with hotel protocols.
- Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and assist as required.
