Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Manage the Guest Experience team, providing training and guidance to enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate with the General Manager to prepare work schedules and adjust as necessary to meet operational needs.
- Handle administrative tasks including daily reports, financial transactions, and inventory management.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, welcoming, and maintained to high standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement best practices for guest check-in and check-out processes.

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in English is essential.
Experience:
Prior experience in hotel operations or customer service is necessary, with supervisory experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
Skills:
