Business Banking Sales Delivery Specialist

This role supports the execution of an enterprise-wide sales delivery approach with consistent expectations for sales leaders across the company. The Business Banking Sales Delivery Specialist works directly with line of business leadership to ensure execution of sales strategy and improved sales effectiveness within that specific line of business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies, activities, and projects that impact sales performance for the line of business.
- Connect knowledge learned from sales reporting/analytics to the execution of enterprise-wide sales programs.
- Meet with line of business leaders to identify gaps in both product offering and tools needed.
- Ensure sales teams have the processes, tools, technology, and devices needed to efficiently and effectively execute sales responsibilities.
- Participate in cross-functional teams on new product initiatives, marketing campaigns, and sales programs, considering both the first-line user and the customer experience.
- Work with other team members to support and execute a variety of sales team-focused events, such as sales summit and recognition award events.
- Create campaign execution guides/calling scripts to ensure a consistent delivery of defined sales tactics.
- Provide hands-on learning to sales team members to support sales tool usage and ensure consistent sales process.
- Measure success by the time it takes salespeople to be optimized in their roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the Business Banking sector, working with companies with annual revenue size of $5 million or less.
- Strong experience, knowledge, and use of CRM systems such as Salesforce tools and/or comparable CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret industry trends.
