Job Overview

As a Guest Services Reservations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and courteous assistance for all suite reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Responding to owner correspondence through various channels, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of resort facilities, services, and suite configurations.
  • Managing suite availability and understanding promotional rates to assist guests effectively.
  • Ensuring high standards of hospitality are upheld for all guests, whether on-site or via phone.
  • Accessing and updating guest records to provide tailored service and maintain accurate information.
  • Preparing and processing reservation details, including advance deposits and confirmations.
  • Handling incoming calls with professionalism and directing inquiries appropriately.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability to changing situations and the ability to take initiative.
