How You'll Shine:
As a Guest Services Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay. You'll be responsible for registering guests, issuing unit keys, and providing information about the resort and local attractions. You'll also process cash and credit card transactions, balance cash receipts, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilities.

How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and create a positive first impression.
